Seena Semerly, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Seena is a pediatric nurse practitioner who works in private practice in Manhattan, providing primary care for a diverse population from infancy through adolescence.

Seena received a B.A. in history from the University of Michigan. Upon graduation she moved to New York City to do a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at Columbia. After that she filled an emergency vacancy position in a New York City public school as a first grade teacher. While working full time, she took graduate courses in education, and then combined her interests in medicine with her experience in education and pursued a career in advanced practice nursing.

She received her masters of science in nursing from Yale University where she specialized in primary care and school health. Her thesis work examined life stressors of adolescent mothers and their impact on perceived parental competence

She also taught a parenting class for pregnant and parenting high school students. She served as a healthcare consultant for a large day care center, and wrote two papers for the Healthy Child Care Connecticut committee that compared National health and safety recommendations for daycare centers with the Connecticut regulations for daycare centers and group daycare homes. Currently, she serves on the advisory committee for Lainie's Angels - a foundation, which supports families of children with cancer and blood disorders. Throughout her career, Seena has advocated for children and worked passionately to meet their healthcare needs.

Christina Kerley, Director, CkEpiphany
Since '91, Christina has been identifying and developing marketing epiphanies for up and coming Start-Ups and formidable Fortune 500s. Her areas of specialty involve marketing strategy, opportunity identification, branding systems and business development.

Passionate about working on extraordinary projects and providing exemplary service, she formed ckEpiphany in '99. The business works with clients to realize their marketing, branding and business development objectives. Christina's projects to-date include work for: Optimedia, IBM, Earthweb, ABC.com, Symbol Technologies and Rubachem Systems. She is the author and publisher of a monthly article series, "CK's Epiphanies." The articles feature breakthrough principles and practices on marketing, branding and business development.

Christina addresses audiences at conferences, universities, and special interest groups including the American Marketing Association, Fordham University and the International Computer Association of America.

Margaret Young, President, MJ Young Associates
Margaret is the president of a business and marketing strategy consulting firm. Using her years of experience in strategic planning and strategic marketing, Margaret works with clients to formulate and implement sound business strategies that deliver results.

She launched her career at IBM, rapidly progressing through the company. Over the course of her career, she advanced through positions in sales, marketing, and product management, culminating in her post as Director of Strategy, US Marketing & Services.

Margaret then joined Red Shark Technology, a New York multimedia software developer partially funded by IBM, as Vice President of Marketing. She later moved to California to join the global business process consulting company Business Design Associates as Senior Vice President of Operations.

Margaret then joined The Cambridge Group as a Partner, where she led customer-based strategy development assignments in financial services, high-technology, telecommunications, aerospace, entertainment and sports industries. Most recently, she was Vice President of Marketing at Parlance Corporation, the speech recognition services company (a spin-off of BBN, now GTE Internetworking). There, she was responsible for the development and implementation of the company's business growth strategy, which doubled customer base and service revenue within six months.

Margaret is the former General Manager of OgilvyOne Consulting, a marketing services consultancy specializing in developing and growing profitable customer relationships.

She received her MBA from Harvard University and BA from Trinity College. Margaret has previously been on the boards of Family Service of Westchester, Playing To Win Literacy Foundation, Westchester Harvard Business School Alumni Club and the National Minority Golf Foundation.
