The Fresh Baby product line includes breastfeeding accessories and baby food making supplies. We want Fresh Baby to be a household name, and we are working hard to make this happen by focusing on:
- Buzz: We give the media something to talk about. Fresh Baby products have been featured in over 80 media outlets, including national and regional print, radio and television. Founders, Cheryl Tallman and Joan Ahlers, appear on talk shows and are frequently published.
- Quality: We develop products that meet the demands of today's parents. Our signature product, The So Easy Baby Food Kit, has been recognized with an iParenting Media Award, and was selected one of the five most innovative new products at the 2004 Natural Products Expo East show.
- Credibility: Our advice is current, accurate, and consistent with the healthcare community. Our Healthcare Professional Program includes hundreds of members who receive an unlimited supply of Fresh Baby-branded information sheets on breastfeeding and introducing solid foods for distribution to new parents. This program also offers us access to enormous resources for product development.
- Social Responsibility: We are TOTALLY committed to helping ALL parents, not just our customers. Fresh Ideas, our free, monthly newsletter keeps thousands of consumers informed about healthy eating for the entire family. Fresh Baby's website provides a great depth of free information. We also receive hundreds of questions from parents and answer all of them.
