How they work: Simply pour expressed breastmilk or pureed baby food in the food safe trays, put them in the freezer. When the cubes are frozen, remove from the freezer, twist the tray and pop out the cubes. Use what you need – when you need it.

Removing Cubes: With the cover on, run warm water over the back of the white tray base for a few seconds. Remove the cover, twist the tray. The cubes will pop out.

Storing cubes: Once cubes are popped out of the trays, they can be stored in a freezer storage bag. To make feeding easy and safe, print the food name and date on the freezer bag.

Cubes don’t fit in your bottles? Defrost breastmilk cubes by placing them in the measuring cup with a pouring spout in the refrigerator (or place the cup in warn water bath). With this method, you have an accurate measurement and easy pouring into the bottle.
