Sliced Avocado with Balsamic Cilantro Dressing
Ingredients
- 1-2 Avocados, pitted and skinned

- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
- Drizzle dressing over avocado slices and serve.
- Store leftover dressing in an air-tight jar or container for 1 week.
